Apply for a Certified Service Dog for PTSD:
National Service Dogs is NOT currently accepting application requests for this program due to a high volume of applicants currently in development and an increased number of existing clients needing replacement dogs for current service dogs that are retiring. Our successor dog policy requires us to service existing clients first and as a result we are not in a position to accept new application requests at this time. We will be reassessing our situation over the coming months and will post an update at the end of June 2018. For a list of alternate service providers please visit Assistance Dogs International. PLEASE NOTE: Due to a large daily call volume of people seeking services we are not always able to return every call. We appreciate your understanding.
