How it works:
In each park more than 3000 plastic dog treat filled eggs will be hidden over a defined area of the park.
Each egg will also include a coloured sticker that represents a chance to win one of hundreds of prizes.
Each registrant will receive 2 egg cartons and will have the opportunity to find up to 24 eggs. Limit of one Registration per participating dog.
Participants who have collected donations on NSD's behalf will be eligible to collect more eggs based on the following criteria: Based on Pledge $$ Submitted No. Bonus Egg Cartons Issued: 50-$150 raised (1 carton) $151-$300 (2 cartons) $301-$500 (3 cartons); $501 plus (4 cartons)
Grand Prizes will be awarded to the 3 individuals with the largest amount of pledges collected per location.
Gold and Silver Eggs are also hidden and can be turned in for one of our Grand Prizes
There is no guarantee that participants will collect enough eggs to fill their cartons.
When you have finished hunting return with your eggs and cartons to the starting point and transfer your stickers to the prize card you received at registration. (please leave all eggs and cartons in the boxes provided)
Hand your prize cards to one of our volunteers and we'll provide you with any prizes you have won.
Registrant MUST register and be accompanied by at least one dog and will receive the official 2009 hunt bandana.
Participating dogs MUST be kept on leash at all times.
